Bit of shock finishing work to read all this but...
Pleased for him Grateful for him Expect the club has done well out of it so we'll done the board. Happy with the interim staff. Could this derail a promotion into oblivion and secure a more sustainable step towards full time? I'd be happy with that. Let's just get out there and support the play off run and see where the chips fall!!!
"Every single one of us, loves Adam Hinselwood!"

The King is dead, long live the King 👍🏻
I have to split my reaction into two parts, two seemingly contradictory parts, one possibly controversial part.
Part 1.
Thank you Hinsh for all that you have done for us over many years. Your record speaks for itself.
My return to the fold happened to coincide with yours, and our return to Woodside Road from the wilderness of Nyewood Lane. So since rekindling my boyhood connection with the club you are the only manager I have had and it's been a pleasure.
I think you've chosen the wrong challenge and most especially the wrong time to move on but nonetheless I wish you the greatest of luck and every success.
Part 2.
What isn't part of your present and isn't part of your future... is firmly part of your past.
Hinsh has chosen his path of career progression and we are not part of it. So, and this may seem harsh, Adam who? 🤷🏻
We move on immediately and sole focus shifts to full support of Nathan, Aarran, Deano and welcome back Buddy... the perfect continuity team 👍🏻
More power to your elbows guys. Wanting to be here, wanting to roll your sleeves up and wanting to pitch in elevates you higher in my book than those that don't.
We knew this would happen one day, one positive is that this gets that monkey off our shoulder. Bravo to the club for riding out this potential tsunami and quickly responding with the 'Keep Calm and carry on' continuity crew 👏🏻
We do nothing without thought, consideration and planning at this club. Crisis, what crisis?
So I also applaud the fact we will, tangentially, start patiently and methodically sifting through what will surelt be massive interest in this vacancy and consider our options carefully.
There's no knee-jerk reactions at WFC. We have a team in place immediately to take us onwards... and of course they have the best opportunity possible to impress and get the permanent jobs themselves. But at the same time we calmly start the process of a longer term transition.
I bloody love the way this club operates 😎
So, "Don't look back in anger" Liam whined... I say don't look back at all. Gone, done, onwards now, come on you Rebels 👊🏻

Absolutely gutted by this news. The sense of disappointment is almost tangible. I guess it was always going to happen at some point and I wish Adam, Gary and Cam all the very best in their appointment. I now have a second favourite non-league team. Thanks to Adam for what has been a scintillating ride with an outstanding style of football, an absolute pleasure to watch. The interim appointments of Aaron, Buddy and Dean looks to be a good fix and I will be backing them all the way. When (if) another full-time appointment is made I just hope the style of football continues in the "Worthing way". All the best guys.

Strange move IMO when very good chance be in NLN next season. Having said that, former league club, new ground and much potential.

A sad day. All the best to Adam and a sincere thanks for all he has done for us. But, we know the club is bigger than one person. Good people are sought out and move up. Onwards to the next chapter.

Personel correct but Aarran being 1st team manager. Apologies old boy, that’s the last time I listen to ***** ***** 😂 No worries Harty. At least you got the 3 names correct. I was guessing earlier today and couldn’t come up with Dean Hammond. But speaking with Aarran tonight, I believe the were together at Southampton

Personel correct but Aarran being 1st team manager. Tbh, I don't think we could have hoped for anything better - those three are all first-rate people. I'm pretty optimistic. I feel optimistic. Aarran and Buddy both club legends. And the experience of Dean Hammond. Have seen worse combos on the touchline.

Strange move IMO when very good chance be in NLN next season. Having said that, former league club, new ground and much potential. To flip it back to strange again though...to unleash that potential needs lots of time and lots of patience, especially so with a transition to his particular blueprint of football. With no manager since 2013 getting to 100 games, time and patience is just not a plentiful commodity there. Its a strange, strange choice, all pain and no obvious short or medium term gain.

Would be a good fit especially with the involvement needed with the academy teams.

Gutted to see him go, but if the figures are true then well done to the club for standing firm on what's valuable! Good interim appointments to steady the ship!
Putting a spin on this, maybe this is the small cap we need to keep the great ambitions in check and keep us withing reality to be in a stable position to achieve our long term goals??
My money is on Andrew Crofts! Albion connection, connection to the squad players like Cash and Spong and played with them in the U23s!

My wife saw the news, turned to me and said “this is how I felt when Dad left!”… 😂😂😂
Tongue in cheek melodrama for sure; as many have said we all knew this day would come, just wasn’t expecting it so soon.
I expect we got some good £££, and if we got silly £££ then all the better - we’ll miss Hinsh, but we move forwards! Great to see Aarran and Buddy spearheading the next phase! Onwards!

As all are saying, it was only a matter of time.
I just wish it was in the close season so we could take a considered approach to the vacancy and not have disruption to the current season.

I think either way, I'd be shocked to see a new permanent manager this season!! We aren't going down, can still easily make the play offs and if the interim boss/es do well then they are in the window for the job? It's not ideal but it's not panic stations, we are in a very good position to be able to deal with this in a timely and very constructive manner.
