Done. Bradders, you've got the gloves for all games I'd say I think, due to my injury, I don't want to put pressure on it or anything as the tissue is still building up. Cheers. Thats alright, ill give it me best, but cant promise that ill be amazing or anything like that

we'll see how we go then, if you don't fancy it, i'll give it a try, we just better have a decent defence in front of me!

Ok Vatican! It's a deal! Or Jonesey can do it?
Ian, of course your heartbeat, resting or otherwise is an obvious need to know.
I also want to know how fast you can do 100, 500 and 1000 metres and how long it was since you last ate.
I also want to know if you've a suitable beatbox for that changing room vibe only WFCSAFC know and love.

Ian, of course your heartbeat, resting or otherwise is an obvious need to know. I also want to know how fast you can do 100, 500 and 1000 metres 24mins, 1hr 12mins, never attempted and how long it was since you last ate. That's easy - 30 seconds. I also want to know if you've a suitable beatbox for that changing room vibe only WFCSAFC know and love. VIBES will be provided. That is a GIVEN
