Bravo for taking on what my mathematical gymnastics couldn't on Saturday 👏🏻
I think Maidstone might well have an even busier schedule. They're due to play at the Taunton's troubled Cygnet Healthcare Stadium pitch on Wednesday... and there's rain forecast from lunchtime and all through the night on Tuesday.
It'll either be a fixture headache to rearrange or a bog-fest of a leveller, either way 👍🏻

Chelmsford look to have 2nd spot sewn up, with a 5 pt cushion over 3rd, and their remaining games against teams who have "nothing to play for". Though they did manage to lose to already relegated Dover today, so who knows?
Braintree's 4 games include 3 against teams currently embroiled in the relegation scrap, so these may not turn out to be as straightforward as they look on paper.
How Hampton & Richmond do looks key, given their fixtures.
It's very convoluted, but I reckon 4 more points should be enough. If we win all 4, we could yet nick 3rd spot.

I think yesterday's game was a reminder of how important home fixtures are in the play offs are. Hampton must be a completely different proposition on their grass pitch. They really struggled to adapt to the high bouncing ball on our 3G.

They really struggled to adapt to the high bouncing ball on our 3G. Yes and no, we have a very good away record and the play off's are well and truly a lottery at any level. I would say the key advantage of a 2/3rd finish would be the rest during the week, last season we gave it everything v Braintree and seemed to have nothing 'left in the tank' V Oxford. Would be a huge advantage to finish 3rd but unless a few results go our way I just dont see it happening.
