Did you receive the email notifying you? Check your SPAM folder too. Also worth checking is any other email account you might use. For example to avoid being bombarded with SPAM I use a Gmail account for interactions with businesses. As ST holders we actually use ticketpass far less than most, so its possible you set up your ST with such an account... and then forgot all about it. I speak from experience 🤦♂️ If its still a definate no go on all email accounts though, you at least have the whole working day tomorrow to call the club and sort it out before general sale at 8pm.

dutchboy, no I didn't receive the email notifying me. I phoned WFC this morning and was told to send an email to them which I did and the lady forwarded it to Jack in the ticketing department. He was prompt to reply saying that Ticketpass has updated my details,[my email address has been the same for 21 years so I dont know why it would need updating] he said they would send an email including the link. Still nothing.

Keithsson, thanks for the advice but I don't have any other email accounts and nothing in spam/trash. Seems to me I will have to try the general sale tomorrow, failing that go to the club at the crack of dawn on Thursday. I will phone the club tomorrow though.

Just a thought but try logging into your account and seeing if the ticket is pre reserved for you in there.

Thanks virgs and dutchboy. I logged on to my Ticketpass account. Nothing there, typed in the search box 'worthing fc play off final ' and up came 'no events found'

I have just phoned the club and she said she would look into it. I mentioned that another supporter [as in the above post] had called the club and was sent a link but she is just admin so she would mention it to Jack Williams who deals with tickets.

Just had a reply to my email to ticketpass with an apology and a link with it in my basket so it's all sorted....hoorah! Just need to go to library to print it off.
