Hi, Rival from a Sussex club here enquiring as to whether you have a supporters team? Basically, we have got you at The Saffrons on Easter Monday and was wondering whether you would be up for a challenge of playing the Eastbourne Town Supporters X1 If someone wants to email me about it they can on andrew.durrans@googlemail.com or PM me on here and I will reply as soon as possible. Hoping we can get something on. Regards, Andy

Andy Durrans as in from SCR?
I'm manager of the supporters team and I'm sure we can get a side together for a match before you beat us in the afternoon's game.
Would love to play. Consider it done. i'll email as and when I can to make arrangements and leave my number.
As we know this is a probable 'game on' anyone who wants to play, post below and sorted. Will wheel out the usual WFCSAFC old boys as well for the game.
Cheers Andy!

Andy Durrans as in from SCR? Nope, your thinking of Tim Durrans from Southern Counties Radio I believe, if were thinking about the same person. Not sure if he is a relation to be honest, not looked into it, but I know there aren't many Durrans around Glad it looks as though we can get something on, hopefully we will be able to get the main pitch, if not, we will have to play on the pitch out the back. Regards, Andy

That should be good, 2 supporters matches in 3 days.
I dont mind playing at left back again for dulwich game, but would like to try out in goal, as it is technically my best position, or if not that game, maybe the eastbourne one.
Wherever i play though, im in. ;D ;D

In, in and in.
Eastbourne's ground is easy to get to. Little Rebel, will have to OK you with Eastbourne, as it's upto them really if they're ok with it.
Mario, we'll do a game each between the sticks? Fair enough?
Castra, you'll come out of retirement? Jim? Donning the disco boots and scoring an 'offide' goal from 60 yards? Jonesey? You and your boys game? Stores, another solid display at full back? No nets to put up! Ian? More flicks, tricks and weetabix from you?!

They're Easter Monday and Good Friday. Will get the famed WFCSAFC Rainbow Rave Up and Goldie Lookin' Chain albums to pump the changing room to the max! By the way Jim, reckon this man will be massively to your liking. profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=40758568Two matches in three days, it'll certainly test the most hardened of footballers and Alan Pook can hardly have excuses. If Caveman can do it, so can they!

Im quite happy with a game each, although getting Castra out of retirement will be tricky.
He's never told me which position he liked to play in when he was young (although when he was young he lived in Bexhill, so enough said there), though i've never asked the question before either.

Good luck then Mario! You do indeed live and learn!
Jim, will try and get along with any luck/permission! I need a good gig, there's so many on, it's unreal, just getting to them!

With a sciatic condition plus temperamental ligament, the chances of me coming out of my extended retirement are remote in the extreme sadly. My last competitive game as I remember, I didn't cover myself in glory. I actually got sent off in the 85th minute after chopping down a winger who'd done me for pace all afternoon. Still, we were about 4-0 or so down, so in the bigger picture, it didn't matter. After that, I kinda lost interest in playing and became a full time spectator. I now have all the answers.

Or maybe as a lino, because thats the reason that we lost to kingstonian, as it was handball but we had no lino on that side to tell if it was or wasnt.
