Worthing team: Andy Foulkes, James Hancock, Sam O'Regan, Charlie farmer, joe booker, andy alexander, adam mitchell, paul rogers, jerahl hughes, mickey demetriou, terry dodd. Enzo Benn came on for Dodge at halftime, Luke Akehurst came on halfway through second half, and Graham Bignall came on just before the last kick of the game.
Worthing 2 up at halftime, playing downhill, goals from Jerahl hughes and Micky D. Literally an uphill task in the second half, Crowborough getting a goal they probably deserved, if slightly lucky as Foulkes looked to have been deceived by a nasty bobble/bounce and slipped. Late in second half Crowboro got a little feisty, tried to bully an equaliser but Micky D rounded the keeper and made it 3-1 with a minute or so to go.
Final is also at Ringmer, 19 march vs Eastbourne Borough.
Should someone tell Capt Cavey that yesterday was Thursday, not Tuesday?
