We lost 3-2, our goals from Scott Kirkwood and J-Bro. Thanks to Capt Cavey for text updates.
Apparently some controversy over a disallowed goal for us in the final minute.

Yeah we were ROBBED BIG TIME
Cant see why the linesman flagged dont know if he thought it was offside,or he thought the keeper was fouled'
As far as i'm concerned it was a good goal by Jamie, even their keeper said it was a goal

We were robbed by idiot lino, although all 3 of Ks goals could have been avoided. Sloppy defending and silly taclke from dom gave them penalty, and other 2 should have been cleared.
Jamie's goal was BEAUTIFUL, exquisist chip past the keeper after a beautiful through ball from Hughes, who was easily MOTM, as he looks like a brill fill in for Phelan.
Also, great atmosphere today from all behind the goal, which had a lot to do with the wuality of Kingsmeadow, which is probably up thre with woodside and dover's grounds as one of the best in our league.
Anyway, look forward to Friday and our 2 games that day.

We were robbed by idiot lino, although all 3 of Ks goals could have been avoided. So a mixture of bad luck and bad mistakes then? Nice to see that Hughes did so well, considering we now got him until the end of the season. Good news I think, as Banana Boots has proved himself to be a good player. PS. Was he wearing those football boots again?

Hughes just shows more and more as time goes on, he's got top class control and a touch that I think will see him make a mark at league level in time. Brotherton had a really good game and is brimming with confidence at the moment.
Keeper was good as gold, taking the banter well, joining in with the grobelaar taunts and being honest about the goal.
I can only guess that as the ball pinged up off the post, maybe he thought someone got a hand to it. Wasnt offside in a million years. Dom douglas didnt start proceedings well and thankfully grew as the game went on.
All in all a game we should have got a point or even three from, meaning the pressure is really on over Easter.

Little to add to what has already been said. We deserved a point on the balance of play. All three goals conceded were very preventable. Hughes had probably his best game in a Worthing shirt. Jamie had a fantastic game too and took "both" his goals well. The most contentious incident of the game was of course Jamie's 'second goal' NO WAY could that have been offside.?!?! We were robbed for sure, but we have to move on to the next game on Friday. Six points over Easter would be rather handy.

Truly heartbreaking stuff on Saturday.
Still bitter and angry about Brotherton's 'goal'. It most certainly was a goal and I find it hard to believe it was disallowed.
Saying that, we should've been in a better situation than we allowed ourselves to be in. Dom Douglas' error was poor and a lack of defensive awareness undid all our fine attacking football. Hughes was the new Phelan, he was that good. When Skinner came on, he offered us a good option as well, and eventually wer'e getting more early balls in as well, rather than holding up play too long like we have in the past.
Defeat at K's makes Dulwich a 'must win' but fingers crossed, if we work on the defence at training, we can win.
Great support as well from us, thought we outsung the K's and really had a good time there as well.
Well done to the keeper too, a true gent who took all the stick with a laugh and didn't react to it like certain keepers have.
