So we're making up for those 4 home Saturdays in a row with 5 consecutive away ones: total distance for those 5 round-trips is 1500 miles, I reckon. Frome are currently 6th in Southern League South (step 4) and they beat Cribbs 1-0 in round 1.
(By the way, Frome is pronounced "Froom")

Its Saturday again, its the West Country again, its on grass again and its wet again. This preview is therefore a bit more brief than normal as their forecast is the same for us here... one dry day followed by one wet day ( with Thursday potentially biblical). Match Centre - LinkMatch Tickets - FTFC WebsiteMinibus - Follow link in post above ( still spaces available). Ground Guide* - Badgers Hill *NB - As we're dropping a couple of levels I've had to use 'Football Ground Map.com' this time so the link contains ads. Frome Town FC's Preview - FTFC Website'The Robins' are currently 2nd in the Southern League South ( two divisions below us) with 22 points from just 10 games played... SLS Table - LinkThe had a night off last night so will be fresher than us. They'll also have their tails up having overtaken (now) 3rd placed Willand Rovers 3-0 at home in their last outing on Saturday... Frome Town v Willand Rovers (highlights) - YouTubeForm wise they're also second in their league behind Tavi( stock) with 15 points from the last available 18. We have to drop the home form spread down to four games as most teams haven't played six home games yet... but again they're second with a maximum 12/12 at Badgers Hill in their last four home games. SLS Form (last 6 H&A) - LinkThey've been good in the cups too. FA Cup they beat Falmouth Town 2-6 away, higher league Plymouth Parkway 2-1 at home after a 'desmond' away, and only went out in 3RQ by the odd goal in three away at ILSE leaders Ramsgate. In the Trophy they've beaten Cirencester Town 3-1 at home, the splendidly named Bemerton Heath Harlequins 0-3 away, and in the last round fellow SLS side Bishops Cleeve 1-5 away. So they're used to winning, especially in the cups and especially at home. We must be on our guard, even without any slippy conditions this is a banana skin. Squad wise for us it depends on our approach... resting/rotating or going strong? If the game is even on at all its a tough one one to call because with Farnborough away midweek ( called off last season for a waterlogged pitch) and another trip to the soggy South West on Saturday week... we could well, like we did for Havant, end up resting players for games that never happen. Safe travel to those heading over and come on you Rebels!

Who's Jordan on the bench seeing as Adeyemi is also there? Pete answered on RebelYell... Danny Jordan, one of the youth getting an opportunity.

Chances wise it sounds like we're a bit on the ropes first half. If we go in just one down we should take that as a positive, use it as motivation to come out swinging 2nd half.

It sounds like the same problem , we struggle against physical sides. This is something that needs to be addressed. It also sounds like yet another through ball which has did for the goal.

Get in Michael klass 😎
Just what we needed, a quick reply after the break, need to capitalise now on their inevitable deflation after such a strong first half.
Edit: OR NOT!! ...another 'keeper moment' by the sounds of it (2-1) 🤦🏻♂️

Last kick of the game Ollie takes it to penalties with a direct free kick.

Ricky to score and Rocco to save to keep us in the tie. Ollie and Kane missed both pens.
