502 bad gateway just means site has crashed not that it's sold out 404 means fixed just busy Just have to wonder if TicketPass are much cop. I dont imagine there are thousands trying to access the site. They may be ethical, but it looks like their infrastructure sucks...

I've often thought that their website isn't very intuitive when I buy match tickets. This is really peeing me off.

Son-in-law finally just got it working and got his.
It *IS* working therefore so don't give up. I guess the more that give up the quicker it'll get for those left in.

So close to the sell out of Sunday's games, the speed of which did surprise all of us, tonight was always going to be a mass pile on at 8pm on the dot. Those who are frustrated right now obviously won't agree but surely we can cut Ticketpass some slack when we're light years off the known chart of demand.

They handle events, its their primary function. If a club the size of Worthing can crash their servers, I suggest they are not fit for purpose.

If you go onto ticketpass now there's an option to join a waiting list by giving your email address. I've done that but won't hold my breath.

Not advocating it for the clear safety reasons, but I wonder how many of ours switched over to the away ticket option before it sold out? 😬

Well one way to make a commodity more valuable is to make it exclusive.
Worthing are going places. We could be averaging over 3k attendance next year at this rate! 😂

It’s not as though it’s Glastonbury they’re trying to sell is it? Been trying for an hour, as I’m sure others have.
I predicted something like this. Shouldn’t have allowed 4 tickets per person.
Very disappointed, and leave very bad taste in mouth.

I know that Brighton have an Albion+ scheme, that works as priority for tickets.
However you have to wait X amount of time before you're able to use that priority window.
Now the level of potential demand is apparent, maybe it's something that Worthing need to consider going forward.
A month delay in gaining priority stops people from grabbing membership once play-offs are confirmed, whilst giving people a chance to get themselves in the second tier of ticket purchasing windows.
I can't really commit to a season ticket, but would happily pay £20/30/40 a season towards the club for priority for the next time there's a game with such massive demand; whether that's another play-off run or a big league team in the FA Cup.
