Seems to of gone quiet on the transfer front.. still think we need a few new players through the door as our squad is still pretty thin. Could definitely do with adding another striker with Ibby gone and Robbo not up to speed.. a defender or two would be welcomed as well as we shipped a lot of goals last season. Fingers crossed 🤞

Confirmation that he's signed for Hastings - www.isthmian.co.uk/rodari-returns-77317They seem to have overlooked his loan spell with us last season in that article 🤔 It'd be interesting to know why he never surfaced back here really, we could certainly use another striker, especially since Ibby moved on. And he's certainly good enough for NLS. We can only surmise maybe that his ongoing knee situation played a part. That might explain why Hastings felt the need to trial him before signing him too, there should be no questioning his ability at the level below us. If its not that, as he was a popular member of the squad, the only other possibility would be that our budget is already at or reaching capacity... and that wouldn't be a good sign because we're still light on first team options. I hope it all works out for him. You never know, settle and sort that knee situation and we may yet see him in red again one day. |

He played against Horsham and looked full of energy when he came on, but do we need that many Midfield options?

Only two from Felix, Klass, Aguiar, Starkey, Wills, Martin, Jammeh and Chadwick will play in midfield. I could be wrong but I think Kane featured more in defence in Dorking's last promotion season than he did in midfield. Just a thought!
