It's at best "careless" to lose four of last season's first choice back five - particularly as it was their choice to go in every case, and one of their lined up replacements also snubbed us too. We need to sharpen up our man management. |

With the long overdue restructuring of the pyramid due for next season, coupled with the nonsense that is going on in Essex, this season is pretty much a write off from the start. Only one relegation place to worry about and barring the most costly/embarrassing cock up in history at the other end of the table, the end of season lottery for the other promotion place, it is not really the season to be spending much money on the squad at all. Let this season run its course, hope there is at least one team worse come the end of April, then have a proper go at it the following season.

That may be true but it's a pretty poor show if Kane has handed in a transfer request after 180mins of this season, particularly as Gary has backed him to the hilt very publicly. |

Just a wild guess but maybe he was tapped up by another club and offered more money  I find it very disappointing that a player who has been held in such high regard by management, his fellow players and the supporters should be prepared to sh1t on us all after just a week of the season If he ever pulls on a Worthing shirt again I hope we'll make our feelings known and I trust that the club play hard ball when suitors come calling |
