Thanks. I do have a link set up for the Herald but find their ads incredibly irritating. It takes ages for pages to 'settle down' as new ads pop up or populate the very space you started reading. Consequently I tend to avoid it. If you should ever find anything new there (or anyone/anywhere for that matter) please feel free to share it, I neither have nor want a monopoly on updating the site community. On Hayden though that's good news, hopefully he'll get some valuable game time at mens level. The game time the youngsters are getting at adult level benefits them hugely... and irrespective of the league position we end up the club benefits hugely by bringing these lads on too. Having seen a few youth games I'd personally put Hayden marginally ahead of Josh Gould in terms of where he is in his development... and Josh made a very strong impression when he came into the first team. We have some very promising kids coming through. As exemplified by things like this... Worthing FC (@worthingfc) Tweeted: Congratulations to Dylan Jelley & Liam Brady who have been called up from the #Academy to join the England Colleges set up! Well done lads, brilliant achievement ππΌ πβ½οΈπ¦ #ProvidingThePathway t.co/s6CHoHhY8D

Not expecting anyone to provide a link. Worthing Herald website under Sport is an article about Zac Newton. Basically his loan spell ends soon. He is eligible to play this Saturday at Wingate and Finchley. Adam wants him to stay and hopes a chat with the Welling manager, Steve King, will bear fruit. Must agree about the annoying pop ups on the web site.

Reece Meekums joins Bognor - HereA little disappointed about this if I'm honest. Not because it's 'them' but simply because if he was available again then why not us?

"A little disappointed about this if I'm honest. Not because it's 'them' but simply because if he was available again then why not us?"
Replying to Keithsson. Players being loaned out don't have a say who over where their parent club tells them they are going. Bromley wanted a decent contribution to Meeky's wages. Bognor were prepared meet Bromley's demands, but Worthing either couldn't or wouldn't match what Bognor offered, so Bromley told Meeky he was off to Bognor. Bromley are only interested in recouping part of Meeky's wages, not whether he fancies playing for Team A over Team B. This is definitely NOT a case of Meeky playing Judas by "choosing" to play for Bognor and turning his back on Worthing because Worthing FC and the Fans have been brilliant to him, both this season and last season. Meeky just wants the chance to play football. Bognor are prepared to give him that chance until the end of the season, and prepared to pay Bromley what they wanted.

I can safely say that 99 per cent of Worthing fans love Meekums and hopefully he will be back at some time In the future jinky.

Corrr with your massive crowds you should be able to afford all these wages. Pete Stone pockets have been bulging with your crowds this season. π

This is Bognor you are talking about and we all know yoi pay far more in wages than us. I bet you Ollie and Craney are earning more than we are paying for Reece !!! Just saying, I think this is more of a case that you missed the boat!!!

Just saying, I think this is more of a case that you missed the boat!!! It amazing that you can literally spin anything against us cityboy. You sign a player, yet it's a chance to mention our wage bill again. Maybe the players you have mentioned are on more, but they are contracted so we have to pay them, so you can't really compare a wage of someone who's not an employee Vs people who are. I really hope Meeks does well, he's a great lad but I trust that Hinsh knows what he's doing. Really don't think we've missed the boat, but hey, anything to get at us? I've got a suspicion I know who 'Jinky' is and I can tell you, if I'm right, the info will be very accurate. Now crawl off back to your own site as you so often tell our fans to.

But we normally steal your better players only exception Omar.
