I imagine the fact that his son, Jack, has broken through into the Brighton first team this season, might be a factor in any decision for him.

For anyone with a long history with Worthing FC, it is patently obvious that Adam is the best Manager that the club has ever had in recent times. The development of the club as a whole on the playing side is immeasurable to where we were 10 years ago. George Dowell has provided the stability, no doubt, but his appointment of Adam to oversee the growth of the footballing side, from grassroots to senior level was a masterstroke. As a football club, we have come a very long way in a very short time. Take out the two lost seasons through Covid when promotion would have been achieved sooner, and the fact that we are now seen as a serious NLS team is in my opinion something we as Worthing supporters should be extremely thankful for. I know, as in any walk of life, not everyone is going to be as pleased as I am, but those that critisize Adam and our style of play should be very careful what they wish for.

Don't hear many criticisms to be honest and I don't know anyone who is not grateful for having him. While some will be frustrated at mistakes on the pitch, you only need to read comments on other forums about some managers, to see how lucky we are. The football we get to see and results we've had are cherries on the top!

A few of our players need to be offered longer term contracts or extensions to their existing deals. I would think quite a few sides from higher up the pyramid are looking at members of our squad.

In fairness even if offered they'd probably not sign them right now anyway. It's key to their decision to know what division Worthing will be in next season, and that is still up for grabs. Best way to, hopefully, ensure the likes of Ollie and Cash stay is to get promoted. Like Harrison last year there's every chance they could get offers from the NL, if we're there too then its not a step up. Flip side of course, and keeping it on topic, another promotion on Hinsh's CV and that increases his chance of getting taken from above.

Yet another Eastleigh manager gone tonight. Fingers crossed.

Yet another Eastleigh manager gone tonight. Fingers crossed. Given how many managers they have had... I'd avoid that role!

Father in law big York City fan and ST holder. Rumours Hinsh & Elphick to them, few comments on X too.
I'd be surprised myself but you never know.

Would Jack Spong, clearly a 'Hinsh player', have signed here today if the person he was signing for was on his way up the M1?
No inside knowledge, he'll go somewhere one day, its just the timing doesn't quite add up there π€
